Seeking support can feel vulnerable enough without having to guess what it will cost. I believe therapy should be as transparent and accessible as possible, which is why I clearly outline my fees and affordability options.
Session Fee
As a Master’s-level clinical mental health counseling intern working under supervision, my standard fee is $50 per 50-minute session.
My intern status allows me to offer services at a significantly reduced rate compared to many fully licensed providers while still providing professional, supervised care. This is not “discount therapy” – it is professional counseling services at an intentionally accessible rate.
Sliding Scale Options
I understand that financial circumstances vary, and cost should not be the reason someone avoids seeking support.
A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding-scale fees are determined on an individual basis and are discussed openly and collaboratively.
If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out. We can discuss available options and determine whether a reduced fee may be appropriate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
