You don’t have to keep carrying everything alone.

Life can feel overwhelming even when you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, life transitions, religious trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to slow down, be honest, and move toward meaningful change.

I am a Master’s-Level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern providing online therapy under the professional supervision of Jessica Bolden, MA, LPC-S, CST.

I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to perform, have all the answers, or pretend that everything is okay. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop tools that help you navigate life with greater confidence and self-understanding.

You May Be Here Because…

  • You’re exhausted but can’t seem to slow down.
  • Anxiety keeps you stuck in overthinking and worst-case scenarios.
  • You’re managing ADHD and feel frustrated by constant self-criticism.
  • Life looks okay from the outside, but you’re struggling internally.
  • You’re questioning long-held beliefs or healing from religious trauma.
  • You’re navigating school, work, relationships, or major life changes.
  • You’re tired of feeling like you have to handle everything on your own.

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone.
